Day 2 – Breath for Life
Abdominal Breathing is FULL diaphragmatic breathing unlike chest breathing. When you Breathe for Life you see speaking benefits because speech is part of life. Conscious full inhale, relaxed exhale, and connecting every breath with no gaps or pauses. Link to Day 2 Video
Day 3 – Voice Preparation – Toning
When correct breathing pattern is established now add sound. Feel the power of one syllable Toning to Let Go of your voice with No Holding Back and a Lowering of the Voice Tone. Link to Day 3 Video
Day 4 – Tools for Speaking – The Grand Slam
Now our Voice Tone has begun to go lower and we are getting control of air flow we introduce the major speaking toolset – The Grand Slam. This has four parts: 1.Lower voice tone 2. Block and Let Go 3. Hit and Hold 4. The Bounce. Link to Day 4 Video
Day 5 – Practicing Tools of The Grand Slam
This is an interactive video containing an exercise for practicing the Grand Slam. Using a Lower Voice Tone, the tools Block and Let Go and Hit and Hold are combined on words from the Phonetic Alphabet. Link to Day 5 Video
Day 6 – Speaking Structure
This is the simple and short Speaking pattern framework: Think … Breathe … Speak. The sub-components are introduced an explained with emphasis on Eye Contact, No Holding Back and just going for it with Confidence and Belief. Link to Day 6 Video
Day 7 – Voice Modulation
This follows on from the Day 3 video, Toning and takes things to a higher level. The ideas of Letting Go whilst still controlling air flow over the Vocal Chords is emphasised with a practical demonstration in the outdoors taking your confidence in your ability to let go and speak to a new level. Day 8 – Advertise

Day 9 – Tactical vs Strategic
The way Experiential belief systems work is vital in the journey forward to fluency. Reframe Fear into Challenge. This video explores the different approaches that need to be applied to words and situations and how to be proactive. Take action before you need to by correctly applying the tools of The Grand Slam. Day 10 – WOMS Mentality

This is very positive and empowering exercise to help you to assess and improve your breathing, practice Air Flow Control and control sub-glottic pressure which is a key physical component is the production of flowing speech. Day 12 – In the Real World

Day 13 – Daily Warm Up

Day 16 – Honesty
This final video in the programme brings together many of the concepts of this programme and stresses the need for Simplicity and blows away some myths that make WOMS and Forward to Fluency different from other approaches.
